Shipping policy
1. When will my order arrive?
Because we source our gadgets directly from global warehouses, delivery times typically range between 5-10 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery window in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that this is an estimate; while we make every effort to get your order to you on time, international logistics and customs clearance can occasionally cause slight delays.
2. My order has been shipped, but I haven’t received it yet.
You can monitor your parcel’s progress using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order directly through your account dashboard at any time.
3. My parcel shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If your tracking status shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with household members or neighbours who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf. As international shipments are often handed over to local postal services for final delivery, please also contact your local post office or courier depot, as they may be holding the package for you.
