Refund policy
- Our "Hassle-Free" Resolution
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you do not need to return the item to us. Simply contact our support team at wyndrio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video clearly showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer you a choice between:
- A full refund to your original payment method.
- A free replacement sent out immediately at no extra cost to you.
You are welcome to keep, donate, or responsibly recycle the original item.
2. UK and European Union 14-day cooling-off period
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Process: Please contact us at wyndrio@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Return Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels. Please note that for international dropshipping, return shipping costs can be high; we encourage you to consider this before initiating a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale or clearance items or gift cards, and items that have been clearly used or damaged by the customer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not accept item exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
