How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, we will be unable to cancel the shipment, and you will need to wait until the item arrives to initiate a return.
When will I get my order?
Because we source our gadgets directly from global warehouses, delivery times typically range between 5-10 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery window in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that this is an estimate; while we make every effort to get your order to you on time, international logistics and customs clearance can occasionally cause slight delays.
My order has been shipped, but I haven’t received it yet.
You can monitor your order's progress using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order directly through this website's "Track Order" at any time.
My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If your tracking status shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with household members or neighbours who may have accepted the package on your behalf. As international shipments are often handed over to local postal services for final delivery, please also contact your local post office or courier depot, as they may be holding the package for you. If you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to us at wyndrio@gmail.com.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at wyndrio@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What is the return policy?
Because our products are shipped directly from our global partners, we prioritise quick resolutions over the complexity of international return shipping.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you do not need to return the item to us. Simply contact our support team at wyndrio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video clearly showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer you a choice between:
- A full refund to your original payment method.
- A free replacement will be sent out immediately at no extra cost to you.
You are welcome to keep, donate, or responsibly recycle the original item.
When will I receive my refund?
Please note that it may take 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction. If you return your item to us, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected it, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wyndrio@gmail.com.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance."
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Items that have been clearly used or damaged by the customer.
Is there any cool-down period?
If you have simply changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Process: Please contact us at wyndrio@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Return Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels. Please note that for international shipping, return shipping costs can be high; we encourage you to consider this before initiating a return.
Can I exchange my item for a different colour, size or alternative item?
We do not process direct exchanges for different sizes, colours, or alternative items. We strongly recommend double-checking our size guide and reviewing your order carefully at checkout to ensure you have selected the perfect item.
